We have suppliers globally who are working hard 24/7 making sure that our customers will receive their order ASAP. We ship our products from Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, China), depending on our Fulfillment Centers’ inventory, we will ship from the one that has an available stock.
How long it will take for me to receive my orders?
If you are ordering from UK, USA,Australia,Canada Please allow 12-25 days
If you are ordering from other countries Please allow 7-20 days.
For extreme and unforeseen cases it may take up to 30-45days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations to your order for delivery can be made by contacting the Online Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org We aim to despatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been despatched, we will not be able to make any changes.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For refunds and returns we only allow 30 days upon receiving the item. If 30 days had passed since you have received your order from us then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept a 'Return & Exchange' of defected goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches, or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting, slight assymetry, slight misalignment of seams and 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels will not be considered as defects, and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.
We do not do exchange items that does not fit as the measurements are clearly provided on our site.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, you must contact so we can send you the mailing address where you can return the item. Buyers are to shoulder return shipping costs.
